What else can we at @Gabler Naval do to offer the same work and development opportunities all people, regardless of their gender and background? This question is a central part of our corporate and management culture.
We are therefore pleased to be taking part in a pilot project by the young start-up @FemaleLights, whose software solution measures gender equality in companies. With the help of a survey system we determine whether women in our company feel equal to their male colleagues. For this purpose, the workforce is asked to answer short weekly questions over a period of six months on topics such as working conditions, recognition, career, parental leave, supervisor behavior, etc. The analysis tool developed by @FemaleLights automatically evaluates the answers. We are looking forward to the result in March 2023 and thank all our colleagues for their time and openness.
